YOGA

Yoga focuses on boosting physical and mental wellbeing through a series of stretches, movements and breath work. This ancient practice increases flexibility and strength whilst helping to reduce stress and progressively promotes a sense of calm and fluidity in body and mind.

PILATES

Pilates classes are highly effective at developing strength and balance by aligning the body and posture through a series of corrective movements. Pilates often involves more movement than a yoga class and differs by focussing on building strength to support the core and posture.

BARRE

Barre is a ballet inspired fitness class that boosts muscular endurance and tone. Each section of this class focusses on building strength in different areas of the body including arms, legs, glutes and core. Targeted movements, light weights and higher repetitions are used to create a flowing workout to develop the body.

MEDITATION

Our guided meditation sessions enable our members to retreat from the stresses of the world. The calm atmosphere of Wellington Wellbeing offers the perfect setting to relax and learn mindfulness. Our meditation experts use techniques ranging from breathing practices, verbal cues and visualisation to help participants connect more deeply with their own bodies and leave each session feeling rested and restored.

BOX-ENERGY

A cardiovascular workout based on training used for boxing it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork, hitting pads, press ups and abdominal workouts. Focusing on fitness and toning.

BODY REBOOT

An interval based bootcamp style workout. Body Reboot focuses on bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity. It is a dynamic outdoor class in which you can expect cardio, light weights, tyre flips and body weight exercises.

BODY POWER

High intensity interval training designed to put your body to the ultimate test of cardiovascular training. The concept of this HIIT style training is to perform intervals of very short maximal intensity exercise. This gets the body working until you can’t sustain the intensity anymore, followed by a longer recovery period. A great heart raiser and calorie burner, which will leave you feeling pumped for the rest of the day.

FITNESS FORCE

A full body workout consisting of a variety of cardio stations. Combination of strength and endurance training. Each exercise is performed for a set number of repetitions or a period of time before moving onto the next exercise station. Expect high intensity and fast movements. A great class to maximise speed, strength and agility.
